TradeReply (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Naptown Labs. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered missed call recovery service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), phone number, and trade/business type.
Call and SMS Data
When your callers are forwarded to your TradeReply number, we collect the caller's phone number, the content of SMS messages sent and received, and any job details the caller provides during the AI conversation (such as service type, address, urgency, and description).
Usage and Billing Data
We track call and SMS usage counts, conversation metadata, and billing information processed through Stripe.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-powered missed call recovery and job intake
- To send and receive SMS messages on your behalf to missed callers
- To capture and store job details from caller conversations
- To detect emergencies and notify you immediately
- To process billing and subscription management
- To improve our services and troubleshoot issues
- To send you service-related notifications (account alerts, billing notices)
4. SMS Messaging Disclosure
TradeReply provides AI-powered SMS messaging services. When callers are forwarded to your TradeReply number:
- Messages are processed by our AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to collect job details and generate responses
- Message content is stored to maintain conversation context and provide your job intake dashboard
- Phone numbers are stored to identify conversations and enable follow-up
- Message and data rates may apply to callers based on their carrier plan
- Callers can reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS communication
- Callers can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the email below
- Message frequency varies based on conversation activity
5. SMS Opt-In and Consent
Callers who are forwarded to your TradeReply number receive an initial text message explaining that they will receive SMS follow-up regarding their call. By responding to this message, they provide opt-in consent for the conversation.
Callers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent to that number unless the caller re-initiates contact.
We do not sell, share, or use caller phone numbers or message content for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and messages are used solely to provide the missed call recovery service you have configured.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Telnyx — for SMS delivery and phone number provisioning
- Anthropic — for AI message processing (message content is sent to generate responses)
- Stripe — for payment processing
We do not sell your data or your callers' data to third parties.
7. Data Retention
Conversation data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all associated data (conversations, messages, caller information) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure infrastructure to protect your data.
