Call Forwarding Setup Guide

Forward your missed calls to your TradeReply number. You keep your existing phone number — callers still dial you directly. When you can't answer, the call forwards to us and we text them back instantly.

AT&T

Forward when busy

*67*[your TradeReply number]#

Forwards calls when you're on another call

Forward when no answer

*61*[your TradeReply number]#

Forwards calls you don't pick up

Forward when unreachable

*62*[your TradeReply number]#

Forwards calls when your phone is off or out of range

To cancel, dial the same code but replace * with # at the start (e.g., #67#, #61#, #62#).

Verizon

Forward all calls

*72[your TradeReply number]

Forwards all incoming calls (remember to turn off when done testing)

To cancel forwarding, dial *73.

T-Mobile

Forward when no answer

**61*[your TradeReply number]#

Forwards calls you don't pick up

Forward when busy

**67*[your TradeReply number]#

Forwards calls when you're on another call

Forward when unreachable

**62*[your TradeReply number]#

Forwards calls when your phone is off or out of range

To cancel, dial ##61#, ##67#, or ##62# respectively.

Other Carriers

Check your carrier's website for “conditional call forwarding” instructions. You can also try the generic method:

iPhone:

Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → Enter your TradeReply number

Android:

Phone app → Settings → Calls → Call Forwarding → Forward when unanswered → Enter your TradeReply number

Note: The Settings app method forwards all calls. The dial codes above are better because they only forward calls you miss.

Test it now

  1. Set up call forwarding using the instructions above.
  2. Grab another phone (a family member's, a landline, or use Google Voice).
  3. Call your phone number and let it ring without answering.
  4. The caller should receive a text from your TradeReply number within 30 seconds.
  5. Check your TradeReply dashboard — the conversation will appear there.

If you don't get a text within a minute, double-check the forwarding code and make sure you entered your TradeReply number correctly.
